Here is Tony! He is 10 weeks old. If any one would like to write a story about what he might get up to I'd love to hear it! At the moment he has 4 meals a day and likes to sleep quite a lot. He also is teething so he is biting lots of things in the house as his teeth hurt. As part of our Science we can watch him grow and learn how he develops.
Here's Tony looking very excited! Can you guess why?

Welcome to Class 2!
Our class has two part time teachers. Mrs Evans teaches on Monday, Tuesday and every other Wednesday morning. Mrs Benson teaches on alternate Wednesday mornings and Thursday and Friday. Mrs Smith teaches on Wednesday afternoons. We also are very lucky to have lots of other adults that help us learn: Mrs Featherstone, Mrs Lumb, Mr Kilmister and Mrs Young.
We also have some specialist teachers who are teaching us the skills needed to be gymnasts, footballers and rugby players.
On Monday afternoons we get to try out lots of different activities in our separate year groups. These activities include: tennis, recorder playing, sewing, drama, construction, athletics, art, Hama Beads and football.
Our class is Year 2, 3 and 4 and we all work as a team to help each other with our learning. We encourage the older children to set a good example to the younger children and we aim to develop independent, hard working, creative and happy children.
We base our learning activities around a book each term which helps teach us about one of our British Values.
In the first term we enjoyed 'The Last Chip' which was a story about a homeless pigeon. We learnt lots about the importance of generosity.
In the second term we shared the 'The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe.' This story has helped us to be more compassionate towards each other.
